Breezy Pines RV Estates is a condominium association, not a campground or a resort. Each lot and home is individually owned, and the association exists to maintain the shared grounds, amenities, and standards that keep the park a pleasant place to live and visit.

Day-to-day decisions are made by a volunteer board of directors elected by the owners, supported by committees that oversee finances and the condition and safety of the property. Park management handles the office, registrations, and questions about rules.

Questions about a rental arrangement should go to the owner or rental company — the association is not a party to those agreements, but we're always glad to answer questions about park rules.
